For our KWS Berlin we are looking for a temporary German speaking Working Student – Payroll Operations & Automation (m/f/d) with 20 hours/week in Berlin . If you are interested in learning new things, working independently and service-oriented and if you have already demonstrated that you are self-motivated, a team player and flexible, we look forward to getting to know you soon. Your tasks: - Support payroll operations with a strong focus on systems, tools, and processes - Analyze and handle payroll‑related tickets (Level 1), identify patterns and improvement potential - Support automation initiatives (e.g. Agents, workflow optimisation, low‑code solutions) - Assist in data checks, validations, and reconciliations between payroll, time management, and HR systems - Help improve process efficiency, data quality, and documentation - Collaborate closely with payroll and HR IT colleagues on digitalisation and system improvements What we are looking for: - You are currently studying , ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field - Strong interest in process automation, systems, and data handling - You have a quick grasp and the ability t...
