Field Project Engineer Location: Hawaiʻi Department: Concrete Reports to: Project Manager Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt Compensation: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 (Based on Experience) The Opportunity: Alpha Inc. is looking for a Field Project Engineer who knows concrete work does not run on guesswork, excuses, or back-office theory. This is not a clipboard-only role. This is a boots-on-the-ground, details-matter, solve-it-before-it-becomes-a-problem kind of role. You will be in the field helping drive concrete operations forward — coordinating work, tracking production, supporting quality, solving issues in real time, and making sure crews, subcontractors, and project leadership stay aligned from pre-pour planning to closeout.
