Description Markon is seeking an Expert-Level Continuity of Operations (COOP) Planner to serve as a full-time Business Process Consultant supporting continuity planning, coordination, and advisory services across the customer organization. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated COOP experience from within any component of the customer enterprise and will provide strategic guidance to ensure mission-essential functions can be sustained during emergencies or disruptions. This position is based in Chantilly, VA, with regular travel to organizational facilities and field sites.
