OVERVIEW: The Unit/Shift Manager plays a key role in overseeing a designated unit or shift within the facility's department(s). This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the unit or shift's daily operations, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The Unit Manager supervises and supports a team of production supervisors, providing leadership, guidance, and direction to achieve departmental objectives .
