Position Purpose: This manager role leads a team that provides front line support to stores while delivering on-shelf availability tools and devices that deliver enterprise value and improve the associate and customer experience. This role owns the business strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of in-aisle tools and store devices that directly impact on-shelf availability, selling, and productivity. Partnering across Store Operations, field leadership, engineering, and technology teams, the role translates store needs into scalable, enterprise solutions. The position requires strong cross‑functional leadership, excellent communication, customer focus, and a demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements to the customer and associate experience.
