Performs basic nursing skills, and/or serves under the direction and supervision of the practice physician, advanced practice professional and/or registered nursing staff. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date. 3. Current National Certification as Certified Medial Assistant. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program. EXPERIENCE: 1. One (1) year of healthcare experience.
