This is a beer/wine bar only Key Responsibilities: Qualifications• A current TABC license is preferred - Possess full knowledge of Santikos’ Alcohol Service Policy and Procedures. - Verify guests are of legal drinking age to order adult beverages. - Accurately take and prepare guest orders. - Ensure alcohol is consumed in designated areas. - Maintain adequate stock levels in bar area. - Conduct inventory of bar related items. - Keep area clean and sanitized. - Minimum of one year experience in a fast paced bar/restaurant or professional training is preferred - Ability to flexible with scheduling.
