Your responsibilities: You act as the primary interface between our ERP partner and internal business stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. You analyse, challenge, and optimize existing business processes—or design new ones that support our growth and operational excellence. You translate business requirements into robust IT/ERP solutions and guide the ERP partner throughout implementation. You coordinate and execute functional testing with key users and the ERP partner to guarantee high‑quality delivery. Together with your 3 ERP colleagues, provide post–go‑live ERP support across Operations, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse, Procurement, S&OP, Sales, Service and Finance.
