Job description

Position Summary As an Aquatics Masters Swim Team Coach, you will work in a fast-paced environment and will help our adult members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. A typical day for Masters Swim Coach could include writing and leading Masters Group Workouts and registering new Masters participants for the group. You will help to maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities. Job Duties and Responsibilities: ​ - Runs the daily operations of the masters swim team - Provides adult swimmers the opportunity to master technique - Establishes training programs to assist adult swimmers to achieve their goals - Attends and supports swimmers at meets - Understands Life Time products and programs​ Position Requirements: ​ ​ Preferred Requirements ​ Life Time is a place for everyone.
