Aufgaben: Your role: As an Account Manager at Urban Connect, you're the central point of contact for our enterprise customers - from the final phase of the sales process through onboarding to long-term relationship management. Your mission: ensure that companies and their employees have an outstanding start with Urban Connect, continue to use our mobility solution with enthusiasm, and grow their product and service portfolio with us over time. We constantly launch new features and products, so a key part of this role is staying on top of what our platform can do – and making sure your customers know about it too.
