The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Climbing Wall Lead Staff to join our team! This position supports the work of the Y, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. As a Climbing Wall Lead Staff, you will provide supervision, leadership, and motivation for participants in climbing wall programming under the supervision of the Program Director. Individuals in this role are responsible for providing a quality experience to children and parents focused on YMCA core values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
