Salary Statement Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $84,000.00/Yr. - USD $139,950.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Description: - Delivering training programs and courses to Marines and their staffs - Providing instruction on Marine Corps Program of Record (POR) systems and operational tactics - Conducting hands-on training and assessments - Reviewing lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical application exercises for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with TECOM instructional methodology - Coordinating with the academics officer and curriculum review boards to keep training synchronized with MAGTF-level Fires and Maneuvers C2 doctrine - Ensuring instruction aligns with current fleet requirements and integrates JBC-P/C2PC, JADOCS, AFATDS, THS V2, JTCW, TCS, TBMCS, GCCS, CAC2S, MCH, and related Fires and Maneuvers equipment and tools - Reviewing lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical application exercises for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with TECOM instructional methodology - Serving as primary subject matter expert (SME) for all Fire...
