Company Description Searcys are looking for a creative and passionate Chef de Partie to join the team in the world famous National Portrait Gallery. As a Chef de Partie in this venue you will get a chance to work with some of some of the best chefs in the business as well as having an interest in creating the finest of quality dishes alongside the Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef. You will have a structured team, that you will work closely with to deliver lunch and dinner Searcys were very fortunate to have opened the extraordinary Portrait Restaurant based in London's iconic National Portrait Gallery in collaboration with Michelin starred chef Richard Corrigan.
