We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bromley to assist with the appointment of a Compliance Manager , on a 6.5-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £318.33 - £419.24 per day Summary: This role sits within a specialist unit in the Facilities Management function, focused on delivering a compliance project across the Council's property estate. You will be responsible for carrying out site inspections, identifying compliance gaps, managing remedial works, and ensuring all statutory obligations are met. You will work closely with contractors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to drive the project to completion.
