Location: Rogers,Arkansas,United States Full-Time Facilities Assistant First Baptist Rogers is a Southern Baptist Church in Northwest Arkansas. We conduct seven services every Sunday at three different campuses for over 2,500 people each week. Our mission is to make disciples of all the nations, and our process of discipleship is “come, connect, grow, serve, and go.” The full-time Buildings and Grounds Assistant will have the following qualifications and fulfill the following responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES - Work hours are typically Nights and Weekends, however shift time may vary based on responsibilities. - Clean, dust, and wipe furniture: sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets, and trash containers; clean restrooms, refill restroom dispensers; replace light bulbs, clean windows sills, clean interior windows - Assist with setup of facilities to accommodate meetings, activities, and events - Perform routine maintenance on all floors, including but not limited to strip, clean, buff, and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors; vacuum and shampoo carpeted floors as directed - Lock and unlock building as assigned, secure building per procedu...
