Dematic has an immediate need for a Proposal Specialist to be based in one of the U.S. offices located in the following states (Atlanta, Michigan, Texas or Wisconsin). This role is responsible for creating the best-in-class proposals for our LSS team. The Proposal Specialist will coordinate, write and edit technical sales proposal template content for adherence to technical, contractual, and quality standards. The proposal specialist will work closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, legal and technical departments, to gather the necessary information to ensure the proposal is accurate and compliant with customer specifications. This role involves writing, editing, and formatting proposal content, ensuring it is compelling and aligns with our customers’ needs. The proposal specialist must translate complex technical information into clear customer focused benefits. They will ensure that all proposals meet submission guidelines and deadlines.
