Site Quality Supervisor

Job description

Essential Functions: - Team Leadership: Directly supervise and manage the QC team (e.g., inspectors, technicians), including scheduling, performance management, training, and development. - Inspection and Testing Oversight: Oversee all incoming material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing to ensure adherence to specifications and sampling plans. - Non-Conformance Management: Manage the identification, documentation, segregation, and disposition of non-conforming material (NCM). Initiate and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to QC findings. - Standard Compliance: Ensure the QC team follows all documented procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols. Provide input on the development and revision of site-specific quality procedures. - Calibration and Maintenance: Oversee the calibration and maintenance program for all quality-related measuring and testing equipment - Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report quality data (e.g., defect rates, first-pass yield), highlighting trends and recommending areas for improvement.
