Position Purpose: Is responsible for being the first point of contact for incidents or crisis management support. This includes monitoring, assessing, and triaging of information and systems in support of regional security operations. The Security Operations Center Associate will play a critical role in enabling the organization to quickly respond to and mitigate incidents involving personnel, business operations, reputation and company assets. What you will do: Identifies events via monitoring established feeds (alarms, CCTV, access control). Responsible for incident handling and triage of events and fact finding for initial information gathering. Maintains situational awareness on current conditions including parking areas, doors, structures, etc. Conducts equipment inspections to ensure functionality in accordance with established schedules.
