The Opportunity – Senior Finance Analyst (Workforce, Technology & Change) Reporting to the Finance Manager – Workforce Delivery, you will operate as a trusted finance partner across Workforce Delivery and Technology & Change portfolios within Amplar Health. The Senior Finance Analyst will also work closely with the Finance Partner – Technology & Change. You will support month-end, forecasting and planning processes, while delivering insightful analysis across a complex cost base. You will apply strong commercial judgement, financial modelling capability and stakeholder engagement skills to translate both financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support decision-making.
