The ideal candidate will have previous cooking experience and possess a high level of dependability and attention to detail. Requirements: We’ve got you covered: Benefits & Perks - Prepare food following recipe cards and production and portion standards. - Adhere to all applicable Colwen and brand standards. - Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. - Answer, report, and follow Executive or Sous Chef instructions. - Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and timely fashion. - Date and rotate stored food items as per hotel and food safety standards. - Ensure proper time and temperature standards. - Maintain compliance with applicable health, safety, food handling, hygiene codes, and standards. - Assist in dish washing and other areas of the kitchen as needed. - Check par levels for shift use. - Note out of stock items and possible shortages. - Operate, maintain, and pr...
