Position Overview: The position’s mission is to lead and drive profitable growth for select Air Moving product platforms through new-business development in existing and new markets . Initial p roducts include Motorized Axial Fans targeted at Data Centers and Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration, with potential to expand to other portfolios . Reporting to the Sr Director, Product Management, this will be a critical member of the PES Air Moving leadership team , responsible for making the product P&L top and bottom lines bette r, with primary duties including product value propositions , roadmap, new product development and market introduction, price positioning , product marketing strategies , and product lifecycle management . The successful candidate is action-oriented, a strong communicator, entrepreneurial, and a collaborative team player across multiple functions, balancing technical , operational, and commercial expertise .
