Description: The Human Resources Program Lead serves as a strategic partner supporting enterprise ‑ level HR programs and initiatives across System Health Solutions (SHS) and System Services (SS). This role provides program management, analytical, and operational support for multiple HR teams, creating a unique opportunity to gain exposure to two sides of the HR business within a complex, matrixed healthcare environment. This position is heavily focused on data analysis, program coordination, and initiative execution - translating HR data into insights, recommendations, and clear communications that enable leaders and HR Business Partners to make informed decisions.
