Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions: Office Job Description: How You Will Make an Impact As a key member of the Operations Finance team, you will act as a strategic business partner to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations leadership. This role has a strong emphasis on cost accounting, standard cost accuracy, and operational performance analysis within a manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in reviewing and maintaining standard costs, including detailed analysis of Bills of Material (BOM), labor routings, and overhead absorption to ensure cost accuracy and financial transparency. In close partnership with Operations and Supply Chain, you will provide financial insights through detailed spend and cost reporting that help leaders understand factory performance and drive achievement of operational and financial targets. This role is well suited for a hands-on operational finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, can manage multiple priorities effectively, and consistently delivers high-quality, actionable financial insights.
