Job Description Summary As a Advanced Lead Engineer-Process Modeling, you will collaborate with engineers and scientists across the enterprise to advance cutting-edge manufacturing processes, including Additive Manufacturing, Ceramic Matrix Composites (CMCs), Polymer Matrix Composites (PMCs), and Advanced Coatings. You’ll apply numerical methods and physics-based modeling to solve complex manufacturing challenges and translate models into scalable, real-world solutions in aerospace. Success in this role includes accelerating process development, optimization and qualification, improving yield and quality, and enabling new product introductions.
