Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Communications Strategist / Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to support a high-visibility federal program with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). In this role, you will develop and execute communication strategies that support program initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change efforts. You will be responsible for crafting messaging, developing communication products, and ensuring alignment across leadership and program teams. This position involves supporting change management strategies, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption of new processes and technologies.
