To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: www.gotoworkhappy.com/benefits Job Description: Under the direction of the Stewarding Manager, the i ncumbent cleans dishes, pots and pans, kitchen areas and utensils. - Washing, scrubbing or polishing utensils such as pots, pans, trays, silverware and plates. - Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors and disposing of garbage. - Loads and unload dish machines. - Keep dish room organized - Wash wares in 3 bay sink. - Cleans and sanitizes kitchen walls, coolers and freezers (both walk-in and reach-in), and ceilings (including air vents and light fixtures). - Cleans and scrubs the dock and trash areas. - Cleans and sanitizes kitchen floors and drains in all food and beverage service areas. - Keep areas stocked including paper towels and soap. - Promotes positive public/employee rela...
