E+ES is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Rapid Electrification team with accountability for High-Voltage (HV) Electrical System Integration . This team owns electrical system design for L5 electric powertrains and L6 Electrified Machine Development across Resource Industries, Construction Industries, and Power & Energy segments . We support NPI, NTI, and Small Batch programs , including customer early learners, technology demonstrators, and advanced prototypes, in collaboration with E+ES component teams, machine product groups, and Cat Technology.
