Position Function: Provides a variety of administrative, clerical, and customer service support functions for the Crosby Arboretum. Serves as a primary point of contact for visitors, staff, and stakeholders while ensuring efficient daily office operations. The position requires a strong commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service in support of unit programs and activities. Salary Grade : 09: Please see Staff Compensation Structure or Skilled Crafts and Service Maintenance Compensation Schedule for salary ranges. Department Profile: Mississippi State University’s Coastal Research and Extension Center in support of its Crosby Arboretum is seeking an Office Associate. The Crosby Arboretum is a public garden operated by the Mississippi State University Extension Service. It is dedicated to the preservation, study, and interpretation of native plants and ecosystems of the Pearl River Drainage Basin.
