Job description

NEXANS pursues a continuous HRIS integration journey with the ambition of deploying and stabilizing a robust and efficient HCM cloud ecosystem to support the development of its HR strategy. The functional scope of this program covers both corporate HR processes and selected local HR needs throughout the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors (SFSF) suite as a foundation. The Global HRIS CoE is in charge of designing, building and maintaining consistent HR digital solutions to support Nexans’ growth. The department is set-up by streams, each one covering a specific subset of the HR process landscape. In our 2026/2028 journey, two major trends are reshaping the HRIS landscape: the integration of artificial intelligence (generative AI, agentic automation, predictive analytics) into HR processes, and a growing demand for workflow simplification to improve user experience.
