CVD Maintenance Technician

Job description

The candidate(s) selected will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler Fab CVD equipment area. The technician position is responsible for effectively executing tasks that are required to maintain primarily the toolsets within the following tool groups: CVD AMAT Centura 5200 (SACVD DXZ and HDP Ultima+) AMAT P5000: AMAT Producer: Novellus Concept 2 STI: Watkins Johnson 999: Rigaku XRF 3650: Edwards Abatement (Atlas TCS, TPU, and TCS) The tasks include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic and mechanical systems, scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and various other activities relevant to the success of the area. The desired candidate should have a solid understanding of SPC, 5s, FDC systems and demonstrate problem-solving skills. The position requires the ability to interface with other internal and external groups to ensure all safety, performance, and reliability requirements are satisfied.
