Schedule: - Start time between 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. , as needed - One Saturday per month , 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Location: - Fishers MOB What Success Looks Like: 3–6 Months 12 Months - Proficient in Cerner - Effective patient communication - Demonstrates initiative - Adheres to policies and procedures - Fully independent in role responsibilities Key Competencies: - Excellent communication skills - Maintains eye contact and a pleasant, professional tone - Comfortable interacting with challenging patients - Adaptable and flexible in a fast‑paced environment Top Responsibilities: - Patient check‑in and check‑out - Insurance verification - Patient messaging - Appointment scheduling - Collaboration and communication with departmental staff Role Summary: Facilitates patient flow from point of entry to destination in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Obtains required demographic and financial information to ensure accurate records, optimal reimbursement, and quality clinical outcomes.
