Schedule: Sun 8a-10p, tue 1p-11p,weds 3p-11p, thurs 2p-10p Full Time: 40 Hours: Pay rate: $19.50-$21 per hour - paid training provided by Venture! Sign on Bonus $1000 for full-time and 500 for part-time employees The Assistant Residential House Manager reports to the Residential House Manager. The assistant is responsible for the general daily care of program individual/service recipients and for primary program service delivery. Essential skills include empathy, compassion, teamwork, striving for excellence, willingness to learn, and a desire for a challenging growth opportunity. The Assistant Residential House Manager will assume the responsibility of the Residential House Manager in their absence. This position will be compensated on an hourly basis.
