This is a senior leadership opportunity to design, streamline and embed better business and system processes across Government & Parliamentary Services – using insights, technology and strong operating discipline to lift performance, consistency, capability and impact. About the role: Combining business improvement expertise with deep government understanding, this role leads an enterprise-wide program of process reform, capability uplift and insight-driven improvement. You will take a client‑focused, systems-based approach to enabling the Government & Parliamentary Services branch to deliver vital support to the business.
