ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Team Lead is responsible for coordinating the production of all work orders/transfers. The Lead is responsible for ensuring the work is produced correctly to the specs of the Client. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard UPH (UPH per hour) and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands, accurately with no errors.
