Job description

Reporting to the Global Business Services Center of Excellence Director, you will lead the build and execution arm of the Global Business Services Center of Excellence. You will translate approved solution designs into high‑quality automation and data solutions by leading internal development teams, overseeing offshore partners, and expanding enterprise automation, artificial intelligence, and data engineering capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes. A Taste of Your Responsibilities: Own execution of automation and data solutions once designs are approved, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery. Drive continuous improvement in development velocity, solution quality, and long‑term maintainability. Direct task allocation, progress tracking, and quality reviews across all build activities. Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and rework trends to identify and implement improvements.
