Job Title: Housekeeper Ministry /Departme nt: The Retreat Center Reports to: General Manager: Status: F ull-time /n on - e xempt Supervisory Role: N/A: Objective: Provide housekeeping services which provide the cleanliness of all cabins, guest rooms, hallways and public areas of The Retreat Center , while keeping focus on The Retreat Center LLC . vision of being a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ. Key Responsibilities: - Use proper cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces in accordance with OSHA regulation and The Retreat Center procedures - Vacuum, sweep, scrub, wax and/or polish floors, using vacuums, brooms, mops and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines - Make beds and replace bed linens, bath linens and kitchen linens - Clean assigned rooms by priority and update room status on daily check list - Clean lobbies, rest rooms, corridors and stairways - Transport cart with cleaning supplies, amenities and linens to assigned work area and/or guest room securely - Restock cart as well as organizing closets and shelving as needed - Properly transport and dispose trash and waste - Dusting, shower/tub cleaning, toilet cleaning, kitchen...
