Job description

The Applebee’s server will Delight our Guests by Exceeding Expectation by serving food and beverages to guests while accommodating the guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner following Applebee’s Basic Service Steps and the Service Promise. The Server fosters a culture aligned with the TSFR Roadmap, including Our Core Purpose, Vision, Mission and Core Values. Essential Job Functions: Primary Duties: - Greets guests and interacts with every guest to create a friendly upbeat work environment - Familiarize guests with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested - Take guests orders and input them correctly in the POS using the write, repeat and review rule - Serve food and beverages using the Applebee’s TEAM delivery system - Pre bus table and sweep the surrounding area to keep it clean and comfortable - Collect payment from customers in a timely manner using the QR code or POS - Completes daily cleaning work tasks and maintains a clean and safe working environment - Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate an enjoyable dining experience Educational / Experience: - Excellent customer service skills and the ability to exceed guests’ expectations - Ability to...
