JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all inclusive for specific positions. Other reasonable duties may be assigned. 1. Washing and changing of trash receptacles and liners. 2. Pressure washing as assigned. 3. Removal of spider and cobwebs as needed. 4. Weed removal and flower bed maintenance as needed, including treating with pesticide. 5. Gum removal from various surfaces as needed. 6. Removal and cleaning of any human or animal waste in patrol areas. 7. Perform general maintenance duties as directed by supervisors or above 1. Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property with guidance from supervisory personnel. 8. Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled. 9. Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees. 10. Safely operate all types of hand tools, two-way radios, power tools, ladders, and machinery (such as bucket truck, forklift, safety equipment etc.) that relate to the function of a maintenance shop. 11.
