Job Description: As a Driver Trainer you will be responsible for delivering driver related training, whilst evaluating and monitoring the impact of training on CLL Drivers. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00-16.30 Salary: £43,812.12 per annum. Key Duties of a Driver Trainer: - Deliver in house, periodic Driver CPC training. - Deliver training relating to drivers’ hours / tachographs / WTD rules and regulations to new starters and existing drivers. - Provide new starter training / inductions. - Monitor and evaluate all training provided, assessing needs and ensuring all needs are met at all times. - Report on (both verbal and written) the ability and performance of drivers following all driver training courses undertaken, using counselling and coaching techniques as required. - Keep and maintain up to date and accurate records of all drive...
