Talent Acquisition & Recruiting: - Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through a variety of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies. - Review and evaluate resumes to identify top talent aligned with organizational needs. - Research and implement new job boards, sourcing tools, and recruitment channels to expand candidate reach. - Update and refine job descriptions to ensure alignment with role requirements and business objectives. - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure recruitment efforts align with company goals and timelines.
