BOT Expert - Mahwah, NJ - ( 2600004Z ) Roles and Responsibilities: Configure and deploy web security platforms, including bot management solutions and Web Application Firewalls (WAFs). Implement reverse proxy technologies for securing web/mobile app/API traffic. Analyze TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, and network traffic. Analyze application of deterministic bot detection algorithms, tuning ML-based rule sets for automated traffic classification. Understand bot threat landscape such as Account Take Over (ATO), Credential Stuffing, Scraping, Fake Account Creation, and DDoS attacks. Support sales team with new business opportunities/leads as well as pipeline development. Serve as a point of contact for customer technical needs through their product usage and journey. Analyze customer requirements as the pain point with bots. Propose an interim static policy to the customer to mitigate the ongoing attack. Improve the bot engine detection and improve customer’s security posture. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to find solution or workaround.
