Job overview: We are creating a new Senior Director, Launch Excellence & GTM role to build and lead an integrated launch capability that spans product, clinical, care operations, and commercial teams. This leader will own the end-to-end launch lifecycle for Omada’s most strategic offerings—from concept and development through go-to-market planning, care-team readiness, and post-launch optimization. The role will ensure that every high-stakes launch is coherent end-to-end: designed around buyer and member needs, operationally feasible for care teams, and aligned to Omada’s enterprise-level goals across our B2B2C model. Your Impact: Serve as the single, accountable leader for Omada’s highest‑stakes launches, connecting product, clinical, care operations, and commercial teams so new offerings move from idea to real‑world impact with clarity and speed.
