Aviation Technology Associates (AVTECH Global) is looking for an Avionics/Electrical Tech. Pay Rate: $25.66 to $37.86 per hour (depending on experience, location, etc.) Job Type: Full-time, Contract: Contract Duration: 12 months (w/opportunity for extension) Benefits: Experience/Education: - coverage of up to one-half of employee's medical insurance premium for a base plan - eight (8) paid holidays - per diem split (if qualified) - three (3) sets of uniforms (if applicable) - opportunity to become a direct hire after ninety (90) days - High School diploma/GED. - Experience requirement ranges from two (2) years related work experience or two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics to six (6) years' experience in an avionics/electrical career field; or two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and four (4) years related experience. - A&P license, FCC license or NCATT certification is highly preferred. Purpose: Assists and/or performs various operational, functional tests and repairs of avionics/electronic, aircraft equipment and systems to ensure a defect free aircraft.
