This paid opportunity is designed for Registered Nurse students entering their senior year and offers a unique blend of education and clinical practice. Job Duties: As a Nurse Extern, you’ll: Work alongside experienced nurses in outpatient ambulatory settings Assist with patient care and learn the flow of clinical operations Receive professional mentorship and flexible scheduling Immerse yourself in Geisinger’s culture and build confidence for your future career Important Note: Nurse Externs do not perform procedures requiring state licensure. Eligibility: Applicants must be nursing students currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program and entering their senior year.
