Compensation Consultant

Job description

Cottage Health seeks a Compensation Consultant to assist in communicating and administering various compensation programs under the overall direction of the Compensation Manager. The Compensation Consultant assists in annual performance evaluation and merit/market processes, acts as administrator for the CompAnalyst market pricing software program, and prepares market reports, merit e-sheets, and confirmation statements. Additional accountabilities include attending market meetings with management and participating in salary surveys. This is not an exhaustive statement of duties, responsibilities, or requirements.
