A Baker at Nothing Bundt Cakes creates high-quality cakes by strictly following proprietary recipes, using commercial equipment to mix, bake, and package various cake flavors and sizes. Responsibilities include maintaining ingredient inventory, ensuring food safety, cleaning workstations, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Key Responsibilities: - Baking Excellence: Precisely measure, mix, and bake cakes in all sizes and flavors according to brand standards. - Production & Efficiency: Operate commercial mixers, ovens, and tools to meet daily, high-volume production demands. - Quality Control & Safety: Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including cleaning/sanitizing workstations and maintaining proper, consistent product rotation (FIFO). - Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient levels, assist with inventory checks, and notify management of needed supplies. - Support & Teamwork: Assist with packing, cleaning, and preparing for the next shift to ensure smooth bakery operations.
