Overview NaphCare is partnering with Everhealth to hire a motivated and inspiring Health Services Administrator (HSA) to join our team of medical professionals in the Staton Correctional Facility in Elmore, AL. The Health Services Administrator (HSA) leads our medical and mental health teams to ensure our patients in residence receive quality care that protects their rights, dignity and health. As the HSA, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive culture and work environment, setting clear expectations and direction for our staff, communicating practice changes, recruiting, coaching, and developing others. As the leader, you will advocate for nursing needs, offer support and work collaboratively with staff to provide necessary healthcare and treatment services for our patients.
