Overview Responsibilities: Risk Manager Salary - €55k Dependent on Experience Location – TP Ireland, Dublin: Risk Manager We’re a global organisation with a strong footprint in the UK Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Risk Manager to support business leaders in our Dublin Office. Reporting to the UK, Africa & Ireland Head of Privacy, Risk & Compliance, you will provide 2nd Line of Defence oversight across multiple lines of business and sites. You’ll ensure risks and issues are identified, accurately captured in the corporate risk register, monitored through meaningful MI, and managed through effective treatment plans and controls. What you’ll do: - Lead end-to-end risk and issue management: identification, assessment, tracking and reporting - Partner with operational leaders to strengthen controls and mitigation - Deliver MI and reporting packs for stakeholders and governance forums - Support incident management and control testing/audits - Work closely with Security and Privacy teams and attend client reviews - Contribute to internal/external audits and promote a proactive risk culture What you’ll bring: - 5+ years’ experience...
