Job Title: Machine Operator Note: This role is for Night Shift which pays a Night Shift Premium of $2.20 Pay Range: $22.70 -$25.80: Job Summary: As a Machine Operator, you will operate various machines in the fabrication department. Responsibility: - Read, understand, and follow job order specifications, engineering drawings (blueprints), and/or work orders. - Operate, and monitor machinery with minimal supervision to ensure proper functioning and production output. - Operate small hand tools, grinders, cutting torch, and other hand tools related to the job's needs. - Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process and adjust as needed. - Record Production data and maintain logs to track machine performance and output. - Inspect finished products for adherence to specifications and quality standards; identify and address any defects or issues. - Assisting with routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance; identify and report any mechanical issues to the fabrication supervisor. - Must work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, Company rules, policies, and procedures. - Other duties as assigned by the lead hand or supervisor.
