Senior Estimator

In collaboration with the Pre‑Contracts Manager and Estimating Leads, the Senior Estimator will be responsible for the accurate preparation, presentation, and follow‑up of tenders for Duratec. The role will predominantly support various building, façade, defence, and remediation projects across our growing QLD division, while also contributing to tender submissions for major construction projects Australia‑wide. As a key member of our bidding team, you will help shape innovative and environmentally sustainable solutions within the overall estimate, working alongside a large and supportive national team committed to excellence in project delivery. - Prepare, present and deliver tenders up to $50M - Industry experience, principal contracting background advantageous - Remediation, building and façade and defence projects THE ROLE: - Prepare and develop accurate cost estimates, including cost escalation analysis - Compile accurate material quantity take-offs to develop bills of quantities - Support the preparation and development of construction methodologies, programs and submission documentation - Develop estimates from first principles using site productivity rates - Construction of...
